About Tuscany Place

Tuscany Place has been a Tuscawilla Community since the early 1980’s. It was the first condominium community developed in Tuscawilla and has always been a very sought after property, particularly due to its location and the added security of being a gated community. Over the years our community has continued to maintain its reputation as well as the condition of our community with all the many improvements – especially in the last several years.

Today we are very proud that we are considered one of the premier communities in the Tuscawilla development. We have a very active and diligent COA Board that works tirelessly to keep our properties in top notch condition. Tuscany Place is home to 156 families consisting of young families, professionals and of course our seniors who have provided the backbone of our community over the years.

As your board, we are very proud to serve you and will continue to work diligently to ensure that Tuscany Place will always be the perfect place to call home.

Another amenity is Trotwood Park located just outside the walls of Tuscany Place and is easily accessed via the pedestrian gate that opens onto Trotwood Drive directly across from the Park. This gate is also perfect for the kids as a shortcut to school.
