PICKUP AFTER YOUR PETS

This has now become a severe problem in the community. ALL PET WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY!! Please be considerate of your neighbors and the rest of the community. Anyone found leaving pet waste will receive a $100 fine. This is a public health issue and is causing foul odors. We have a very nice clean community – let’s keep it that way.

AND ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS. PETS MAY NOT BE TIED OUTSIDE.

DUMPSTER RULES

The dumpsters continue to be an issue – even after we built enclosures to blend in with the buildings. Many of the dumpster enclosures now have beautiful hedges growing around them.
